Responsibilities

We are seeking a Programs Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of the Learning for Life program in the local community. Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning for Life, you will:

  • Work with a prioritised group of students and families on their identified goals and collaborate to develop actions related to those goals
  • Support families to achieve a high level of school attendance, effective school transitions, senior school engagement and post school planning
  • Establish and maintain Partner School relationships and monitor progress, planning and implementation, and feedback on programs and activities
  • Continually monitor program delivery and ensure the database has accurate and up to date information
  • Advocate for and answer enquiries relating to The Smith Family educational programs
  • Meet with fellow team members to discuss potential improvements that can be made to the programs
  • Work with community leaders to identify partnership opportunities
