Across MENA, we’ve partnered with leading entities in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, and Jordan - shaping ecosystems and building the next generation of startups. We’re hiring a Programs Director to lead our program delivery and operations across MENA. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving complex challenges, and can manage multiple teams and programs across the region. 🔧 What You’ll Do Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, accelerator, and venture programs Act as Program Director on flagship projects across MENA Manage and mentor a team of Program Managers and Associates Ensure operational excellence and consistent application of Rainmaking’s methodologies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and startups Drive regional deployments and represent Rainmaking at ecosystem events Contribute to business development through program design and proposal support Own your business unit P&L 🧩 What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience in program management, consulting, or innovation leadership Proven track record delivering accelerators, innovation programs, or venture studios Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus) Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate within MENA

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, accelerator, and venture programs across MENA. Manage and mentor a team of Program Managers and Associates while ensuring operational excellence and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
