THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Programs Field Representative H11A Annual Salary $52,642.81 + Full State Employee Benefits Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. Preferred Minimum Qualifications A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation; OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Preference Statement Preference may be given to applicants who have SNAP program and policy experience. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate the work conducted by the field to ensure proper interpretation and uniform application of policies and procedures of State and Federal regulations for the SNAP program. Measure how accurately the worker determined eligibility and benefit amounts Prepare written reports detailing the findings and recommendations. Conduct training or presentations concerning the accuracy of casework, quality of customer service, statewide trends, and opportunities for agency-wide improvement and present the State's record to Federal partners for further evaluation. This position is primarily office‑based and will require in‑state travel, including to the Tulsa and Northeast areas.
