THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Programs Field Representative H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits Travel is extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. Preferred Minimum Qualifications A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation; OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Job Responsibilities: Support Case Managers across the state with complex cases, field visits, and team meetings. Assist individuals and families entering services by helping with the Individual Plan process. Deliver clear, practical trainings and create tools that strengthen case management practice. Mentor new Case Managers through monthly check-ins and ongoing guidance. Collaborate with mentors, supervisors, and program staff to ensure consistent, high-quality training. Participate in meetings, focus groups, and outreach events to stay connected and support DDS initiatives.
