This position may be located anywhere in the state of Oklahoma. Programs Field Representative - H11A CW Annual Salary $61,790.27 + Full State Employee Benefits Minimum Qualifications A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation, or vocational rehabilitation OR an equivalent combination of experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Job Duties Serves as a liaison between OKDHS Child Welfare Services and Tribal partners. Train child welfare system partners on the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and OKDHS Child Welfare policy and practice. Support ICWA practice compliance and quality improvement efforts. Participation in Child Welfare and Tribal Collaboration team meetings addressing policy, practice, and training.
