THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position may be located anywhere statewide in Oklahoma. Job-related Travel: Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. Programs Supervisor - E11C CW Annual Salary: $66,106.39 + Full State Employee Benefits . Minimum Qualifications: Completion of the curriculum requirements for a master’s degree, and 2 years of professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience* in public health administration, social work, guidance and counseling, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, or personnel administration; -or- an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Job Responsibilities: Leadership and direct supervision of the Tribal Coordinators Unit within Child Welfare. Develop and sustain partnerships with Oklahoma's tribes, including facilitating the tribal and state agreements with OKDHS Legal and the Tribal Nations. Ensure training and compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). Stay abreast of changes in federal and state regulations and policy concerning ICWA.
