Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) – 13 Week Contract Lake Regional Hospital | Osage Beach, Missouri (Lake of the Ozarks) These assignments support the hospital’s Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and involve caring for adult patients requiring close monitoring, ongoing assessment, medication administration, and coordination of care in a step-down or intermediate care setting. Candidates will be interviewed and submitted to the facility for review. Start dates are determined by the facility after candidate selection. COMPENSATION $35.85 per hour base pay $1,246 weekly stipend $67 per hour blended equivalent based on a 40-hour work week CONTRACT DETAILS 13-week PCU RN contracts Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule determined by the facility Potential contract extensions based on facility needs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide patient care to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients Monitor patient status and administer medications/treatments Communicate changes in condition to the care team Document patient care accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Active RN license (Missouri or compact state) Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred) Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification NIH Stroke Scale Certification PALS certification preferred Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Selected candidates must complete standard healthcare credentialing requirements, which may include background screening, drug testing, TB screening, immunization verification, and other facility health clearances.
