We are looking for Press Machine operator (600 ton and up )for an automotive parts manufacturer located in North York (steels/weston). 3 to 5 years experience is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Good English communication skills (oral and written)
• Manufacturing experience including previous experience in operation of power presses
• Grade 10 education or equivalentFlexibility to work alternate shifts

• Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and that at no time is the employee or their co-workers placed in an unsafe condition
• Report any unsafe practices and / or conditions immediately
• Understand and follow all plant rules
• Operate assigned production equipment while following instructions/ directions from supervisory staff
• Maintain quality and quantity output standards
• Provide input for continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean work station during his/her shift and clean the work station at shift end
• Any other reasonable request or task as asked by Management
