REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in piling or geotechnical construction.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of various piling techniques (e.g., driven piles, bored piles, CFA, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, safety protocols, and local authority approvals.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client, a leading construction and engineering company in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in piling and deep foundation works. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing piling projects in the region and will be responsible for overseeing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of piling and foundation projects across the UAE.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Ensure that all piling works are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants on project matters.
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and cost forecasts.
• Lead site meetings and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and logistical issues proactively to avoid project delays.
