About the Opportunity

• Monitoring the progress of projects, approving expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected. Investigate any variances
• Month-end reconciliation and reporting activities
• Monthly billings, job costing, entering billing into oracle, going through contracts

About You

• 3+ years’ of relevant experience with the required diploma in business or accounting
• Project, fund, or construction accounting experience are strong assets. Need at least one of these.
• Intermediate excel is required (Vlookups, pivot tables)
