Job Description • Has advanced knowledge of project accounting, providing support for the most complex and/or large scale projects • Makes recommendations for project improvement based on review of financial results and knowledge of project(s) • Researches general ledger account reconciliations, journal entry preparation and A/R cash adjustments • Works with customers or clients to gather and provide information • May review contracts for additional service opportunities and assist in converting project proposal into project budget Qualifications A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in the Finance function, with exposure to Revenue Recognition, Cost Control, and/or FP&A is required Experience of project accounting desirable, preferably in a multinational Demonstrable experience operating in a complex, fast paced, international business environment Fluent in English + another language Strong analytical & problem solving skills essential Ability to manage details but also understand the “big picture” Excellent written and verbal communication skills Identifies and executes initiatives and continuous improvements Extensive operations interface and collaboration Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
