Job Title: Project Accountant

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Experience of Project Finance and an understanding of financial forecasting and reporting processes
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel

Desirable:

• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of using ERP or MRP’s (e.g. SAP, Infor LN, Oracle)

• Project Accounting Support for a variety of contracts, working closely with the Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) offering financial support and guidance
• Deliver accurate and consistent project reporting information to meet the needs of the project team and finance management including the preparation of the CSR, SSR and related trading plans
• Monitor and forecast financial and cash performance, providing independent and robust financial challenge
• Involvement with the internal and external audit processes for projects
• Reconcile the financial reports to the source ledgers to ensure integrity of the data provided
• Maintaining business partnering relationships with key stakeholders
