SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This key role ensures that all project-related financials including budgets, billings, and collections are handled efficiently, accurately and timely.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the A/E or Construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage, CMIC, Vista or similar project based accounting software
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Set up and maintain project budgets
• Prepare and process AIA billings
• Obtain necessary waivers and scheduling subcontractors and vendor invoices for payment
• Setup and maintain project accounting files for assigned projects
• Post project receipts
• Review job cost reports and correct as necessary
• Perform necessary collections activity to ensure timely payment from customer
