The position is responsible for managing client billings and vendor partner payment on construction projects. The ideal candidate can take ownership of an assignment, works well in the details and most importantly, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Accounts Payable - Vendor Partner check selection, waiver management and lien support Cash Flow Management - understand and report on cash flow on a job by job basis. Assisting Project Closeout - support coordination in collecting paperwork from vendor partners. Actively participate in team meetings. The qualifications we are seeking: Exceptional problem-solving skills. Familiarity with accounting concepts of accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow management. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Passion for helping people. Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related discipline preferred
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing client billings and vendor partner payments for construction projects, which includes handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow reporting on a job-by-job basis.
