Track reimbursable expenses, consultant fees, and compliance with contract terms. Support revenue recognition, month-end close, and financial reporting activities. Manage project setup, billing structures, and work breakdown structures (WBS) in ERP systems. Liaise with project managers, procurement, and accounts payable to resolve financial queries. Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement automation tools to optimize workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in project accounting, financial coordination, or related roles. Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision. Strong Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work shift timings aligned with international offices (remote or hybrid). Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
