Job Description In that geographical scope, the Project Acquisition Analyst supports the Transport Manager in identifying, evaluating, and securing projects. Daily tasks will focus on monitoring the manager’s portfolio of the Transport team (Transport Planning & Policy, Transport Systems, Data Analytics, Roads & Pavement, Geotechnical & Structures) in Southeast Asia and Pacific by scoping project opportunities, analyses, tracking activities and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies. Responsibilities Pre-Contract support 1. Administer project databases (materials updates, CVs and references, templates) 2. Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and strategize Egis’ positioning to meet client needs, as well as other transversal teams as relevant for bid preparations (legal, financial, tender unit, etc.). 3. Contribute to the tender process, including the preparation of tender documents, CVs, references, methodologies, etc. 4. Identify value differentiators, including staffing, and translate into winning proposals. 5. Evaluate potential partnerships, conduct due diligence, and select strategic partners. 6. Analyzing the potential for additional profit and variation orders in ongoing projects 7. Prepare monthly and quarterly strategic reports on every aspect of commercial activities. 8. Assess progress against targets and KPIs and propose action plans to align with objectives. 9. Oversee the project pipeline and client engagement records to support business development and decision-making. Post-Contract support 10. Document and contribute to negotiations; and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and executive teams. 11. Manage transfer of contract to operations and contribute to the project launching where necessary. 12. Possible involvement in contract or project management may be considered depending on availability, capacity and skills. 13. Contribute to project delivery activities, including preparation of variation orders, proposals and other contract extensions. Gather feedback from delivery teams on budgets and workplan, to continuously improve the proposal process. Qualifications Background and Experiences Relevant professional experience (international experience is an advantage). Strong understanding of the engineering, consulting, and construction industries. Demonstrated successes in complex tender processes, Experience in business reporting. Experience in a consulting firm in a commercial role would be an advantage. Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field from a reputable university. Excellent communication skills, able to work in an international team. Capacity to manage priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines. Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in English & Indonesian is required. Knowledge of French, Chinese or Japanese is an advantage. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Results-driven and able to meet challenging targets and deadlines. Methodical, organized, attention to detail and strong commitment to role. Additional Information
