JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, organizing documents, and archiving records.
  • Prepare and process paperwork, such as scanning, printing, and copying.
  • Accompany the project team on site surveys to understand project requirements and provide administrative support.
  • Assist in tracking projects and managing the project cycle.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to visit work sites
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week (8am -5.30pm)
