This role is part admin support, part project coordination, and part billing/invoicing. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy variety, this might be the perfect fit!
What you’ll do:
· Keep calendars, schedules, and project tasks organized
· Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and support billing
· Help with budgets, reports, and project documentation
· Support the team with meetings, events, and day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in admin or project support (bonus: billing/invoicing)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office & project tools
