about this team
The Construction team within Store Development supports the development, budgeting and execution of all brick-and-mortar development across North America. The team delivers against the defined real estate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for mainline, optimisations and renovations, and supports the existing store fleet through minor works, initiatives and roll outs.

The Project Administration Coordinator provides critical administration, financial, procurement, and inventory support to the Construction team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Construction Services. This role ensures operational efficiency across construction projects through effective collaboration, process management, and system expertise.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognises exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 - $72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
