Title: Project Administrative Assistant KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for an Engineering Operations Support Manager to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government. KBR is seeking a site Administrative Assistant to be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization on site. This role involves providing support to various departments, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient communication within the company and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and reports Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software applications Maintain and update contact lists, employee records, and other databases Create and manage reports and documents as required Assist in managing company emails and responding to routine inquiries Liaise with employees, clients, and external partners professionally and courteously Apply common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions Assist in processing expense reports and invoices & in various projects and tasks as assigned by management Conduct research and gather information as needed for specific projects Support meeting arrangements and room reservations Experience & Skills: Upper secondary education diploma or equivalent 4 + years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Previous Oil & Gas project related experience Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently All other duties as assigned, which may vary based on specific needs and requirements Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability KBR — Delivering Solutions, Changing the World.
