QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in: Administrative Assistance, Office Management or Business Studies
Equivalent professional experience in project administration is also considered.
KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (very good) and German (good); Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with project management tools (a plus).
Basic understanding of budgeting, invoice tracking, and contract administration.
Strong interpersonal skills for internal coordination and client communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
