We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at the La Prairie Branch Office. This full-time, in-office role plays a key part in supporting both office and project site teams by managing and coordinating essential project information. The Project Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by assisting the Project Management and Construction Management teams with administrative tasks, documentation, and process support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post secondary education with 2-6 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry or equipment rental industry.
  • Fluent in English and French is required to effectively communicate with our team based in Montreal and Ottawa
  • Good understanding of accounting and construction principles, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and client-focused, able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Formation postsecondaire avec 2 à 6 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans l’industrie de la construction ou de la location d’équipement.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise pour communiquer efficacement avec notre équipe basée à Montréal et à Ottawa.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes comptables et de construction, avec la capacité de traiter les informations confidentielles.
  • Solides capacités d’organisation et d’exécution de tâches multiples dans un milieu axé sur les échéances.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles.
  • Motivé et axé sur le client, capable de travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive project support, including file management, meeting documentation, and coordination of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and organize internal systems, such as databases, employee schedules, and transportation documentation (BOLs).
  • Assist with financial processes, including invoicing and expense submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, mailings, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with timekeeping duties as needed.
  • Support Project Coordinators with various tasks and provide backup assistance across operations.
  • Ensure quality/ safety standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
