We’re hiring a full-time, permanent Project Administrator to support project teams both on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and at our client’s Burlington office. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative functions
  • Maintain organized project documentation from start to closeout
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
  • Track productivity data and assist with project controls
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and drawings
  • Assist with payroll reporting and employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and auditing procedures
