Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document control, scheduling, and reporting. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage project correspondence. Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in project administration or similar roles, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
