JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of projects by providing comprehensive administrative assistance and maintaining effective communication among team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with Xero and Unleashed is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project manager and team members, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Administering fault calls and ensuring customers’ expectations are met.
  • Handle data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately in relevant systems.
  • Maintain organised project files for easy access by team members.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Dropbox to create and maintain project-related documents.
  • Assist with raising, sending purchase orders and liaising with suppliers using Unleashed stock management system.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette whilst communicating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
