POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are Project Management Office team supporting the clients in European electricity market integration.
We are searching for a consultant to reinforce our team which provides ongoing and recurring support activities such as organization and moderation of online conference calls, drafting of agendas and meeting minutes, management of tasks of various project bodies, management of online repository for the project documentation, etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT ARE AN ADVANTAGE:
Experience with energy markets, electrical engineering
PRINCE2, PMI or other comparable certificate
SKILLS:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in international environment
Day-to-day contact with clients and their support (daily participation in conference calls, preparation of agendas and taking Meeting Minutes), occasional physical meetings
Project management (budget, planning, change management, risk management)
Electricity market, policy & regulatory analysis, stakeholder management
Documentation management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
Professional fluency in English (official project language) and Czech/Slovak languages
University Bachelors/Masters degree in a technical, science, business or international relations.
Proactive and client-oriented with excellent communication skills
Organizational capabilities, solution and detail-oriented approach
Flexibility as in some cases there are tight deadlines and significant workload
Advanced usage of MS Excel (usage of advanced functions), regular usage of MS Word, MS Teams
