We’re seeking an organized and reliable Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our growing team and help support our operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for construction projects, including documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Prepare, review, and process construction billings accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of project administration experience within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction billing processes.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Jonas software is considered a strong asset.
