JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Administrator for Customer Success will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling supplemental invoicing to insurance carriers, following up on new estimates, and managing customer invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in project administration, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Keep clients updated on the process and progress of their roofing projects, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Supplemental Invoicing: Prepare and send supplemental invoices to insurance carriers for additional project costs.
  • Follow-Up: Contact insurance carriers to follow up on new estimates and ensure timely processing.
  • Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Job Profit Margins: Monitor and manage job costs to ensure projects meet targeted profit margins.
