Project Administrator at Goodman: We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join Goodman’s Data Centres team in Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the action on complex development projects, keeping things moving, organised and on track. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Design Managers, consultants, contractors and internal teams to support the delivery of major data centre projects, helping with project documentation, contracts, tender coordination, financial administration, meetings, reporting and day-to-day project support. It’s a role for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the confidence to follow things through and work across multiple stakeholders. What you’ll be involved in: Supporting the day-to-day coordination of data centre development projects Managing project documentation, registers, meeting minutes and action items Assisting with tender processes, consultant onboarding and contract administration Supporting invoice processing, purchase orders, cost reports and project financial administration Coordinating meetings, workshops and project reporting Helping the team stay organised across deadlines, deliverables and project milestones What we’re looking for: Experience in project administration, construction, development, engineering, infrastructure or a similar project-based environment in Data Centre projects Strong attention to detail and follow-through Confidence managing documents, correspondence, registers and project information Good communication skills and a practical, collaborative working style Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams Exposure to systems such as SharePoint, Procore or Yardi would be helpful, but not essential At Goodman, our data centre projects bring together property, infrastructure, power, design, construction and long-term operations.
