Legacie Group are one of the largest privately owned developers in the UK.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project administrator / Document controller due to continued growth within the group.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business which is continuing to grow who offers opportunity and progression.
Please note this role would require travel across both Liverpool and Manchester so you must drive and be willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that the project administration is planned and set up correctly.
  • To ensure that the project is set up on the drawing portal system and managed effectively.
  • To ensure the dashboard system is created for the project.
  • To set out and collate information from the site team to produce a monthly client report.
  • To audit administration systems to ensure they are implemented correctly.
  • To set up the project on the drawing portal system. To monitor design team documents and the portal.
  • General Project Administration to support site team & project managers. Carry out monthly audits of folders and documents.
  • Ensure weekly checks such as hoarding, plant, hoist, mast climber checks are uploaded to the L drive.
  • Chase up sub-contractors for weekly safety information packs.
  • Assist in closing out any health and safety RCS inspection reports.
  • Support induction, new staff training coordination as per training matrix & directed by project manager/site manager.
  • General housekeeping of site cabins/offices to ensure best presentation, signage, tidiness as appropriate etc.
  • To liaise with and assist our Client teams Legacie Management and Lettings and RW Invest.
  • To support the management and coordination of the training matrix as well as first aid and fire marshal coordination and preparation of data for site specific monthly board reports
  • Undertake role of Fire Safety Co-Ordinator and First Aider
  • Be involved with and coordinate information for updates and promotion purposes
  • General ad-hoc administration and support to project team
  • Arranging and coordinating any external site meetings
  • Managing noticeboards and ensuring data/information is accurate and up to date
  • Managing changes in staff movements on/off project/site for payroll purposes and attendance management system reporting lines
