About the role:
- Setting up and maintaining our document control systems.
- Keeping things on track by helping to organise and distribute documents to the right people at the right time.
- Supporting workflows by ensuring comments and approvals are tracked, and project deadlines are met.
- Providing support to both internal and external project users when they need help with the document control system.
- Resolving queries related to drawings and documents.
- Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency in document control processes.
About you:
- Some understanding or interest in construction and document control processes (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
- A willingness to learn systems like Procore, Aconex, Conject, or 4Projects.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay organised.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you may need to visit project sites).
