Responsibilities

The Project Administrator role is closely aligned with a Contracts Administrator, and will be critical in managing the commercial and documentation flow of the project. You will be responsible for preparing subcontractor contracts, tracking approvals through head office, and maintaining accurate records for purchase orders, variations, and hours. You’ll also assist in procurement and financial tracking, helping to keep the project’s commercial operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and issue subcontractor agreements and send for internal approvals
  • Log subcontractor hours and site attendance to assist with payment claims
  • Manage the purchase order (P/O) process and associated tracking
  • Create and maintain budgets and cost-tracking spreadsheets
  • Help develop detailed scopes of work for trade packages
  • Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Ensure compliance documentation is received, reviewed, and filed (e.g. SWMS, insurances)
