We’re looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator to support the Communications and Engagement workstream of this exciting project.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a meaningful and lasting project helping to shape how we engage with patients, staff, communities and partners during one of the most important developments in the Trust’s history.
Working closely with our Communications and Engagement leads, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the project on track and making sure our messages are heard.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 30/09/2027. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
PLEASE NOTE Applicants will need to get permission from their line manager before submitting their interest, a release form to be included with your application form can be downloaded here. (This form is for the staff member and line manager to complete and return to you)
You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting complex projects is important, and an interest in communications or public engagement will be a real advantage.
In return, you’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team working on a once-in-a-generation project that will make a real difference to cancer care in Wales.
