  • Maintain and administer project records, agreements, correspondence, site documentation, contractor information, implementation records and other documentation associated with Parkedin's projects and services.
  • Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, requirements and deliverables, identify delays, operational issues or variations, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders to support timely project completion.
  • Coordinate contractors and external service providers engaged for parking-site and access-system projects, monitor completion of scheduled works and report changes, delays or variations requiring management attention.
  • Prepare and review project updates, implementation reports, operational summaries and supporting submissions for management, providing information on project progress, outstanding actions, issues and completed outcomes.
  • Collect, maintain and analyse project and operational information, including parking utilisation, site performance, onboarding progress and implementation outcomes, and prepare reports to assist management in evaluating projects and improving service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support for Parkedin's organisational projects, including new site launches, parking-service initiatives and technology-based access projects, ensuring that project documentation, stakeholder communications and required follow-up actions are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
