Description To maintain the Sage customer base by correctly answering all customer inquiries with professionalism and customer service skills. Daily contact will be with clients, suppliers, and other employees. Additionally, the ability to be innovative to achieve efficient and cost- effective ways to service customer accounts, which include a broad range of print applications, processing and other large print solutions. Act as a conversion PM when new jobs come in and need to be converted to correct formatting. Maintain necessary contact with current customers to meet their needs, including coordinating customer visits and/or resolving any issues as it pertains to their account Proof reading print jobs before they are released Managing project cost by Coordinate customer meetings to review accounts Track projects to ensure deadlines are met for all print jobs Recommend changes to any jobs to maximize efficiencies Additional duties/responsibilities not listed Develop a clear understanding of products, services, and philosophy and continually improve product knowledge to increase value to clients? Accept special projects designed to grow Sage internally and externally while providing consistent updates to the Sage Integrator Administrative Responsibilities: Complete customer file before handoff to finance for billing Support accounting in the pursuit of delinquent customer payments? Licenses/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two years’ customer service experience Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardizations.? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form? Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.? Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions? Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.?
