We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Administrator for our Telecommunications Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This role is based in Belmont, WA. You will be responsible for managing and developing our national subcontractor database and facilitating contractor engagement through the mobilisation and contractual processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience. In this role you'll be responsible for: Maintain and improve the subcontractor database and generate reports and update dashboards for project teams On-boarding a high volume of subcontractors and ensuring compliance to client and company requirements System and documentation maintenance, conduct audits, manage record-keeping and ensure compliance Prepare RFQ packs and support tender teams Liaising with subcontractors, labour hire companies and internal staff nationally Ad-hoc administration duties as requested as required. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience working with HSE tickets an advantage Previous experience with databases and compliance systems an advantage Strong Excel and Outlook skills Good attention to detail & a high level of accuracy with strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
