We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Administrator for our Telecommunications Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This role is based in Badgerys Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience. In this role you'll be responsible for: Sorting and administration of all invoices, statements, purchase orders and dockets Allocating costs to correct cost codes/data entry Coordination of site deliveries and visitors. You will also be accountable for the contracted support services to site (waste disposal, cleaning etc.) Coordination of site inductions, site registers Any other administrative duties as directed Ad-hoc administration duties as requested as required. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous Admin experience would be an advantage Previous experience with databases and compliance systems an advantage Strong Excel and Outlook skills Good attention to detail & a high level of accuracy with strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
