Description

Are you an organised, proactive, and adaptable individual looking to be at the heart of a busy construction team? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing business and play a vital role in managing and coordinating a dynamic schedule of both reactive and planned works for a team of skilled tradesmen
About the Role:
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the linchpin of our operations—ensuring the smooth running of weekly schedules that are constantly evolving based on client needs and site progress. You’ll work closely with the site team, project managers, and clients to update work plans, handle urgent reactive jobs, and keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly schedules for a team of tradesmen across multiple projects
  • React quickly to urgent job requests and reallocate resources as needed
  • Manage and update project documentation and timelines
  • Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support including purchase orders, timesheets, and reports

About You:

  • Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role (construction industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (experience with project management tools a bonus)
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum
  • 40-hour working week (Monday to Friday)
  • A supportive and friendly working environment

If you’re a team player who thrives in a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and help us keep our projects moving!
