Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry
  • Working to deadlines
  • Ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and month-end accruals
  • Excellent computing skill
Responsibilities
  • Accounting duties, such as raising orders, receipting and processing invoices
  • General project administration duties
  • Document preparation and file maintenance
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets
  • Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site
  • Ensure all payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner

  • Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry
