DESCRIPTION:

Global Testing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Bunbury. This permanent part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our projects and services. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site and GTS specifications
  • Managing end to end mobilisation and demobilisation - including booking sub-contractors, medicals, training, flights, accommodation, cars etc
  • Assisting in maintaining project databases and records
  • Booking pre-employment medicals
  • Handling general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
  • Ordering, distribution and tracking of PPE
  • Maintaining a scheduling system, including answering related queries
  • Maintaining external client systems to ensure compliance
  • Assisting operations teams with job planning and forecasting as needed
  • Attend regular department meetings
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

ACADEMIC OR TRADE QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years mobilisation experience within fast paced resources/mining environments
Must be legally able to work in Australia
Strong Microsoft Office skills, Sharepoin
