We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Existing experience within an administrative role within a construction organization (general contractor, sub contractor or supplier) would be an asset
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an adminstrative role as Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Site Administrator or similar
  • Availability to be office based in the Eglinton and Keele area five days per week
  • A passion for learning more about construction within the transit and infrastructures spaces
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience with InEight, Unifier, Acconex, SAP are all assets
  • Strong MS Office Suite experience
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Administrator will work with the Operations team and be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally for major infrastructure projects in various stages of construction. The role offers an opportunity that, although administratively focused, provides a lens into the overall process of General Contracting and working as a complimentary professional on community driven projects.
