This role will be responsible for providing administrative support across a large and complex project, ensuring all documentation, relevant artefacts are fit for purpose and high quality. Your responsibilities: How we do things at ASX is just as important as what we do. You are a practitioner/team member of the Project Management Capability Community of Practice (CoP). Working closely with other members PMO, you will support the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff in the Project. Manage and maintain the project team meeting schedules, calendars, including leave and training. Manage and maintain the project contact list and project organisation structure. Manage, support and coordinate logistics for the team, including catering, seating, security access. Follow up completion of timesheets and any formal signoffs for project documentation. Being an active member of the PM Community of Practice (CoP). Your experience and qualifications Must have: Previous experience in administration or project administration support. Worked in a fast faced environment with a need to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while effectively balancing competing demands. Worked in deadline driven environments, where high quality outputs have been a must. Demonstrated strong communication skills. Open to providing insight and input for continuous improvement and process improvement. Worked with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Advanced). Worked on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects. Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, and Confluence).
