QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education (university / trades / college diploma / etc.).
  • Advanced excel skills preferred.
  • Previous project administration or project coordination experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or construction companies preferred.
  • Previous experience working with ERP software is an asset.
  • Ability to learn fast, work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and being detail-oriented (being able to thoroughly check information) are crucial to the success of this role.
Responsibilities

The Project Administrator reports to the Lead, Project Administration and is assigned to support projects by time sheet entry and time ticket management. The Project Administrator works independently on any time sheet related aspects of projects. This includes ensuring that time sheet and time ticket information is accurate and complete for payroll and invoicing. This role will be working with multiple internal stakeholders and requires strong customer service and communication skills. The position will mainly be responsible for:

  • Entering employee time sheets into the ERP system.
  • Checking employee time sheet information to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing daily time tickets and verifying billing data, in preparation for client invoicing.
  • Running reports, performing data verifications, and making corrections as needed.
  • Coordinating with Payroll as required to meet banking deadlines.
  • Managing internal support inboxes for the ERP system.
  • Assisting with other project admin tasks as directed by the Lead, Project Administrator.
