QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in project administration, ideally within construction or a related industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Aconex, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items
  • Manage project correspondence, contracts, and filing systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project operations
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to flag potential risks or delays
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client requirements
  • Support invoicing, purchase orders, and financial tracking activities
