It's time to make a move. Join our flow. We are looking for an energetic and organized Project Admin, to be based in Jeddah. In this role you will supports the Project Managers by performing project management tasks which include monitoring and maintenance of the project financial forecast as well as correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, monitoring invoicing status vs. billing plan and reports deviations. What will you do? Collect information for Project Manager’s and Supervisor decision making. Monitor the project schedule to help maintain the project plan and notify Project Manager about the need to update schedules. Support Project Manager and Supervisor with the customer correspondence, getting approvals and signatures on time, prepare documentation for the right stakeholders and ensure that all documentation is available when needed and correctly archived. Responsible for monitoring invoicing status vs. billing plan and reports deviations. Verify collection and report deviations, prepare status information for forecast reviews and for contacting customer when issues are found. Responsible for monitoring and updating cost forecast with actuals and incoming invoices. Handle project’s requests for logistics needs and supports PM and Supervisor, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator. Prepare revenue and cost plan status information for forecast reviews. Responsible for administration of change orders / variation sale. Handle the contract / scope related claims in agreement with the Project Manager, filing, managing and keeping track of the customer correspondence and documentation. Are you the one? Bachelor degree in Business Administrator. 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role. Excellent communication, coordination and follow up skills. Strong user of MS Office applications specially MS Excel. SAP experience is mandatory. Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
