OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in clerical duties, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with strong clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Competence in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.
    Working hours are Monday - Friday 37.5 hours paying up to £14 Per Hour on a temporary to permanent basis.
