COMPANY OVERVIEW

At Martino HVAC, we offer indoor air solutions for residential new home construction, stacked townhouse units, custom homes, retrofits, and light commercial applications. Our work is extensive: we design systems, manufacture components, install equipment and provide services for those in need.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The successful candidate will support the Design Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the Design department while working both independently and collaboratively as part of the team. They will assist in the planning and end-to-end delivery of assigned HVAC Mechanical Retrofit and Design-Build Projects, working to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Must possess 2+ years of office related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer skills in MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to deal tactfully with all stakeholders
  • Must be a team player, able to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Experience in the construction industry and with project management software would be considered assets
