POSITION SUMMARY:

MasTec Canada is currently accepting resumes for a Project Administrator to join its Industrial Division for a project in Alberta.
Note, this is an approximately 6 months project-specific hire, with an expected start date in February, 2025. There is a potential for longer term work pending successful future project awards. This is Monday through Friday, 8 hour days, office role. Candidates will be required to travel to a project site as required.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in office administration
  • 2 years of relevant administrative support experience in the construction industry
  • Previous document control experience is required
  • Fluent with Microsoft suite including Office 365 and SharePoint

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for promoting and living out MasTec Canada’s 6 Core Values
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
  • Valid Safety Tickets
  • Ambitious, pro-active, high-energy, positive attitude and a team player
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
