Job Description: Working with the Managing Director, working on a variety of projects, the duties would include assisting with the following:

  • Collating timesheets, arranging diaries, printing documents, collating job information, arranging engineers to site and booking accommodation.
  • General administrative duties
  • Helping with aspects of electrical works such as working with drawings, filing them and helping where required to input information into spreadsheets.
  • Responsible for introducing new filing systems
  • Working the MD to develop a new business through effective administrative duties
  • Preparing drawing packs for engineers, preparing site folders and collating information to distribute
  • Help to collate O&M manuals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a similar role within a building services company
  • Knowledge of software like Canva and PowerPoint
  • Some knowledge of electrical aspects like drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint management software would be favourable.
