Part time role, 20 hrs per week 12pm- 5pm Monday - Thursday
Key objectives will be to ensure: All projects are running on time and under control plus compliance of all specifications and quality requirements, to drive improvements both in terms of processes and systems. As Project Administrator , you will represent the company and interact with clients and key suppliers including service providers such as logistics agents / freight forwarders
We are a relatively small company therefore it may be required on occasion that the Project Administrator carry out additional tasks normally undertaken by other staff members by deputising during their absence

Key Tasks:

  • Generating, and controlling the distribution of, project related documentation, Invoices, Purchase orders, shipping documents and QC packages
  • Work closely with our small team to support one another with project tasks
  • Manage MRP system (MRP Easy)
  • Expediting strict delivery Schedules and communicating the progress
  • Answering Project enquiries
  • General office administration duties ​
  • Compile QC documentation packages and submit to client on completion of each project
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Plus any other tasks that are seen to be required for this role

Mechanical Engineering background would be helpful
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £13.00 per hour
